UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI BOARD OF CURATORS

CONFLICT OF INTEREST COMMITTEE

There will be a meeting of the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ of Missouri Board of Curators Conflict of Interest Committee at 2 p.m., Friday, June 9, 2006, originating in Conference Room 215 ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ Hall, Columbia, Mo., and at remote locations via conference telephone.

The Conflict of Interest Committee will meet in an open session to review and possibly finalize a Board of Curators business and financial disclosure form and discuss the details of a formal conflict of interest policy for consideration and approval of the full Board of Curators.
